Windows 11 was officially released on October 5th, 2021. As a Microsoft partner, the version has been available to us since summer.
The start menu can be placed in the middle, shows a new structure and is illuminated above the taskbar.
The live tiles have disappeared from the Start menu, instead it shows programs at the top, including recent files and the controls for shutting down the system.
The new design aims to make users more productive and bring them together faster. Microsoft attaches great importance to the fact that tried-and-tested Windows operating concepts have not been discarded.
We have completely switched our company to Microsoft Windows 11 and were able to get all applications up and running. Everything should work faster and easier, but still feel familiar. Our first impression is that Windows 11 is more responsive and runs smoother than Windows 10.
Talk to us, we will be happy to advise you whether it is worth making the switch.
