From 01/01/2010 to 07/31/2010 we successfully recorded a total of around 2,900 calls to the technical hotline.

Without exception, all calls were personally answered by us. Not a single call went „nowhere“.

A total of 2064 support cases were opened through these calls and successfully resolved to the satisfaction of our customers.
